I left the house to pick up some prescriptions for my mom and a few other essentials. Took Baxter for a walk when I got home. Some of you may know that I was fostering a puppy from DFW Humane Society. She was adopted over the weekend, so things are really quiet at my house right now, and Baxter is very happy about that. He likes other dogs, but he's 12 now, and he just doesn't have the patience for the younger ones.
Nothing too exciting to report from PM office hours except for the governor's announcement that schools will be closed until at least May 4. Haven't decided how I feel about that yet; Baxter, however, is thrilled!
